If you like the taste, go for it, but the superfast/instant/oat so simple stuff is not healthy on a GI perspective. They seem to cost more and only cut down cooking time by a few seconds, though I guess this depends on how you like your porridge I like mine creamy, so I can get away with 2 min 30 max.
